Although we experienced some recent interuptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been meeting in our historical little building since it was built in the 1960's by the Shantymen's Christian Association (now SCA International).

And while we still offer opportunities to participate via ZOOM, we've returned to meeting in person at 10:00 AM on Sunday mornings.

Sunday's at Christ Community Church are casual, relaxed and interactive - come as you are! Learn more about our Sunday Worship services here

& Youth

On Sundays we have 1-2 tables set up at the back of the church hall for kids to draw and colour at the beginning of the service, as well as a nursery room nearby for parents and little ones to access at any time. Part way through the service we have a children's song and a prayer, and children from ages 3-12 can participate in age-appropriate learning and activities downstairs with our teachers and helpers.

We are beginning to partner with other Christian groups in our region to offer mid-week activities for youth, with our first Game Days Event taking place in summer 2021 with Winsome Games.

We're also pleased to rent a portion of our building to Cindy Bear's Daycare.

We're getting back to various small groups, including

  • a Men's Prayer meeting at 7:00 AM on Wednesdays,

  • a Thursday evening Bible study

  • Women's Steering Committee who meet monthly to plan events and increase connection amongst our women,

  • a Land Use Team who meets monthly about stewarding our building and other resources and who are currently working on possible responses to the housing crisis in Ucluelet.

We also host a Beach Fire 'n Fellowship during the summer at various homes and/or local beaches.

Please contact us for more info.

Copper Island

We're pleased to support some of the workers who serve at Copper Island, in addition to the volunteer participation of some of our own church members.

World Vision Canada

Inspired by Christian faith, World Vision works with people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender to make the world a better place for children, and we're pleased to participate in that a work through child sponsorship.
