Our Leadership Team
The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts;
and though all its parts are many, they form one body.
So it is with Christ.
1 Corinthians 12:12 (NIV)
Karen Mudge
Minstrel and Worship Team Mentor
Karen is a talented multi-instrumentalist who's passionate about worshipping God through music. She's also got a big heart for mentoring the next generation of worship leaders. As a high school education assistant, she loves building connections with youth in our local communities, whether it be through cooking breakfast, offering academic support, or just lending a caring and listening ear.
Karen is a Camp Qwanoes kid and former staffer counselling kids and teenagers. Since her teen years, she's been involved in worship ministry at the various churches she's been a part of. Karen and her husband Luke are empty nesters who enjoy outdoor adventures and travel, especially when it involves surfing, snorkeling, and seeing what God's up to around the world, no matter the language of worship.

Carolyn Corlazzoli
Children's and Youth Ministries
Carolyn moved to Ucluelet in 1988 to work for the District as the Recreation & Tourism Coordinator. Within that capacity, she met her husband Dario, a Ucluelet lifer. They married in ’91 and their 3 children have now “flown the coop”. She's a mover and shaker and business owner who's always on the go.
Children’s ministry is close to her heart as she was saved at a Good News Club in Clearwater, BC, at the age of 11. Initially, Carolyn volunteered with Young Life and youth group, then Sunday school, summer camps and special events. Now, she's our Sunday school coordinator and senior teacher. During the pandemic, she kept in touch with her Sunday school students by delivering lessons and activities to their doorsteps.
Carolyn also developed and leads Wonder Wednesdays, a biweekly Bible-based after-school group for children ages 6 to 13.
